Our cancellation and policy for any purchases from the Quantum Trading education site is very simple and clear, and covers two distinct types of orders which are as follows:
(a) Refund policy for non-tangible irrevocable goods – i.e. Education
(b) Refund policy for tangible goods such as software products
Refund policy for non-tangible irrevocable goods
As Quantum Trading Education Ltd is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is completed and access to the product has been sent. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this on purchasing any item on our site which is in this category which in this case is the education element of any program.
No refunds will therefore be provided on the education element of the program. Please be aware of this before confirming your order.
However, as a company, we do recognize that exceptional circumstances can and do occur from time to time, and therefore we will offer and consider refunds in the following circumstances:
- Non-delivery of the product: due to issues with your e-mail provider or your own mail server you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. You will receive order confirmation by return as soon as you place your order, so please advise us of any problems immediately
- Download issues: it may happen so that you are having problems while downloading the product or its unzipping. Claims regarding such issues must be submitted to our Technical Support department.
- Viewing issues concerning videos and video podcasts. Please note – the videos are protected to ensure they only play on the Quantum Trading Education site, so will not work on any other site.
- If you believe the product is not as described on the website
In the event of any of the above occurring then we will refund your purchase in full and by return.
Refund policy for tangible goods such as software products
Some of our products include our trading software, and these are subject to a 7 day refund period. This is a ‘no questions asked’ refund policy.
Therefore, if you purchase a bundled package composed of the education and the full package of trading software, a 7-day refund applies to the full package of trading software ONLY.
If you purchase the full package of education and software and pay in full or on the easy payment plan, and duly decide you wish to cancel, all you need to do is to email us within the 7 day period, and you will receive a PARTIAL refund for the software ONLY.
The refund policy does not apply to any products or services which are re-ordered if a refund has already been arranged previously, whether software or education.
Requests for refunds should be sent to helpdesk@quantumtradingeducation.com and titled: ‘software refund request’ which will then ensure our accounts team action this immediately
